Your username doesn't exist in the DB meaning the query failed or it exists more than once!

No idea why this happens. The page is: www.infinitewebhosting.com/THT

The account is created in WHM though... What do i do?

You may try installing the database again. Looks like it is not configured correctly.

Did it worked before?

I installed it 3 times, and same error all 3 times. I really love this software....and want to get it running!

Looks like a problem with your server. Try contacting your web host since we have no control over your database server. Sad

Take a look here: http://thehostingtool.com/forum/thread-547.html If you don't have access to my.cnf then you'll need to file a support request with your hosting provider.

It's in /etc/my.cnf If you do not have access to that file (you'll need root), you'll need to ask your upstream provider.
