TheHostingTool 1.2.2 BETA!
#11
I'd like to be able to edit the phone number and address stuff...
Also, on the "Import Accounts" doohickey, it gives me this error:
Quote:Fatal error: Class 'index' not found in /home/niftyhos/public_html/newtht/omg/admin/pages/import.php on line 30

To clarify on the "phone number and address stuff" - I mean I want to be able to edit custom fields.

Not a bug.

Doh! That's what I get for adding blank index.html files to prevent users from browsing directories. I will fix the zip shortly.

Fixed ZIP file so you shouldn't get the import error. Wink

Messing around with the 1.2.1 of The Hosting Tool, I was able to manage to get the Tickets area into the main client area because I did not like them separated.

Although, when you'd click it, it'd say Select a sub-page from the bar, and when the code was set to display the ticket statuses they have... is that fixed or is there an easy fix to that?
I'd like to report an error I found, just a typo basically.

In cedit.tpl

Code:
<input type="text" name="zip" id="zip" value="%ZIP%"/>
      <a title="The username you registered with." class="tooltip"><img src="<ICONDIR>information.png" /></a>

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Can you elaborate more?

Doh! That's what I get for copying and pasting. Fixed. Big Grin

Thanks for the fix.

Ok, go to

http://billingtest.advabuddy.info/hostin...ge=tickets

Username: KuJoe
Password: 123456

It shows

Quote:Select a sub-page from the sidebar.

Alls it says is New Ticket, View Tickets.
If you goto http://billingtest.advabuddy.info/hostin...ge=tickets

It shows the text I want. I integrated the tickets and knowledgebase (this is still 1.2.1 I never implemented the beta into it).

The login doesn't work for the first link and the support area is disabled in the 2nd. Sad

Could there be a possible issue with the signup form?

even though the data i used is semi-legit, it doesnt pass the ajax check..

The problem is with your URL. If you don't have the URL idenitcal to the URL in General Configurations it will not work. Of course this is just a guess but I encountered it so many times I'm willing to bet on it. Wink
