I'm guessing the throughput on a WiFI datacenter would be horrible.

Pretty much. I think they are able to reach 3Gbps in labs but that's far from stable.

Dang, that picture is almost as bad as Burstnet .. At least FDC doesn't use Linksys routers and have a leaky roof lol.

It would be safer. No cables to trip over
I'd hate to manage that datacenter, is there even the functionality to set up wireless connections which run common routing protocols over them?
