If you're using sendmail, make sure you have sendmail() installed on your server and in PHP. If you're using SMTP, make sure your server details are correct.

No wonder , after i transfer my site to another server , everything needs installation :S
Btw , how do i configure with SMTP?
btw , I'm using google apps for my email.

Ports 465 or 587 should work.
