How do we connect the WHM to the THT properly? I did and every-time my clients request they get this

Error:

and nothing else.

If anyone needs his Quik Paste:
Version: 1.2
Installation URL: http://aan-hosting.co.cc
Browser (including version): Unknown, but I'm using Google Chrome 3.0.195.38
Operation System: Unknown, but I'm using Windows 7
Server's Operating System: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Kernel 2.6.18-128.2.1.el5.028stab064.7
Apache Version: 2.2.14 w/ mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4
Control Panel Type: WHM
Control Panel Version: 11.25.0-EDGE
Error: Blank
Problem: Client registers but receives blank error. Checked WHM details.

It's pretty funky. I can't get past the username information screen. It says all my details are correct but clicking on the Next Step button leads to a blank error. Try changing the theme.

I don't think I put the right connection.

Can you put like a example template?

Reinstall THT and the connection should look like this:
Host: sapphire.freeresellers.com
Username: [username here]
Hash: [hash you generated in WHM: Cluster/Remote Access > Setup Remote Access Key]

By the way, when you configured THT, did you add the trailing slash to the URL?

PM the WHM password to me on FreeResellers and I'll try to handle the problem.
