In order to make things easier to sort out for the developers, make sure you have done the following steps:
- DoubleTriple Quadruple-checked your WHM details.
- Make sure there isn't a problem with your browser
- Checked in with your host to make sure everything is a-okay.
- Reinstall THT if it's a fatal error.
- Post in the Support board first. The majority of "bug reports" are actually support requests in the wrong board
