So, here goes.
Out of inactivity and boredom with the community (I had to delete spam posts until I just gave up ), I decided to make a fork of THT and work on updates whenever they're needed. I call it THT Reloaded. Right now the project is on GitHub. There are two branches, original (the original THT source) and reloaded (the fork itself). It includes some fixes that were not included in the main builds, especially compliance with PHP 5.5 and above. You can see the changelog on the README page, and more will be added as time progresses.
The GitHub project is found at https://github.com/xenLiam/TheHostingTool and the reloaded branch will only include BUILDABLE code (you can consider it the stable branch).
Changelog as of July 8, 2015 (it may look small but the changes were deep in the backend):
If the fork gains traction I might devote myself full-time to this project, but for now this would be it. Special thanks to the guys at THT, without them the fork wouldn't exist (duh).

Changelog as of July 8, 2015 (it may look small but the changes were deep in the backend):
- Updated deprecated functions (conversion of ALL mysql_* functions to their mysqli counterparts)
- Rewrite of class_db.php to eliminate legacy code
- Replacement of string escape functions
