Fatal Error
#1
I narrowed down a problem from about thousands of warnings, so I reinstalled and I get a Fatal Error. I have seen a few of the same thing, but they are not the same idea. It's Step 5 that always happens. I have no done anything to manipulate it, I tried creating an account myself and I got the same result.

http://atghost.net/billing/order is where I installed it.

Everytime I get to step 5 I get a PHP Fatal Error.

PHP Code:
Fatal errorUncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php:49 Stack trace#0 /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php(49): SimpleXMLElement->__construct('') #1 /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php(71): whm->remote('/xml-api/create...') #2 /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/class_server.php(111): whm->signup('1', '0') #3 /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/ajax.php(115): server->signup() #4 /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/ajax.php(552): AJAX->create() #5 {main} thrown in /home/atghostn/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php on line 49

Did you try applying the WHM Patch? http://thehostingtool.com/forum/thread-308.html

It did not work. It gave me the same error. The cron job is set correctly...

Did you check the 'Server Configuration' in THT's Admin Panel? Try generating a new access key in WHM and try again.

Thank you it wasn't running off of "localhost" but it changed to an empty value. I fixed it now. Thank you!

No problem Smile If you need anything else, feel free to open another support thread.
