#1
After moving my reseller to a new reseller, and changing all the mysql info manualy from conf.inc.php and setting everything up, i get this error when creating accounts:
Quote://///////////////THT ERROR
Error: mySQL Query Failed
Function: query
mySQL Error:
/////////////////
/////////////////THT ERROR
Error: mySQL Query Failed
Function: query
mySQL Error:
/////////////////

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/z307co/public_html/tht/includes/class_db.php on line 54
Your username doesn't exist in the DB meaning the query failed or it exists more than once!

the account gets created, but doesn't get saved in tht's database

Its because your forum prefix is wrong.

that's odd, cause if it put an invalid username in, i will get the normal wrong username error, but if i put the right one i get the main error
#7
or from what I can tell, your forum database name is incorrect.

Something is wrong in those settings, I've seen it many times before and it's the forum prefix.

Hello,

Double check the user name and that the user has access to the database. If 100% a problem with the settings, you might have to update it via phpmyadmin.
