[Release] Tranquil theme for TheHostingTool

Hello,
For this first part of December, I release the theme "Tranquil" suggested by Dexxa Wink

Could you make an HTML website template for this too? It would work perfect as a simple, clean, web hosting site.

You could always install it on THT and load the page up on your browser and save page as, and then edit the html page and call it index.html Im not fully sure you can do that, But you might want to check with the designer, if your allowed, you'd still need to keep the links on Smile
