By any chance kevin, would this be a result of cookies being disabled on the server.

In your PHP config located: Server Status > PHP Info

it should show the following if cookies are enabled correctly

session.use_cookies On On

session.use_only_cookies On On

Cookies and PHP sessions are essential for THT to run correctly.

I believe I do and I tried fishing around for the php.ini but cant seem to find it anywhere. The directory it gives me when I look at my php info doesnt seem to exist from what I can see or get into. I was thinking of trying to get a php.ini and throwing it in there but that seems like a lot of work, is there a way I may be able to override that setting in .htaccess, maybe something like this:
Code:
SetEnv session.use_cookies='0';
?

you need root access to dedi since php.ini will not exists within your /home/accountnamehere location it will either maybe be at /etc/php.ini or some where else and if you cannot get to that then you do not have root.

You will need to ask you server host to enable full session cookies.

I have the same issue when trying to log into the client section. I have session cookies set to on from my investigation. Any suggestions? I've tried cleaning cookies and even allowing all cookies for my THT site.
