Packages, helpdesk

Hi, it's very annoying that you have to put a description into your packages...

As for the helpdesk, would be very awesome if there where departments, which a permission to add only selected staff members to each department. Further more a department which can be hidden from clients so only moved tickets can end up there.
Oh, and if guests could open a ticket aswell it would be nice..

I never though of having packages without descriptions, It just makes sense with them to include descriptions with how much space etc for people who aren't that familier with your packages.

Also, regarding the support area. I was wondering about departments when creating but I didn't due to time restrictions. It may be something that comes in the near future.

As for packages, i use another page for describing the packages..
