Manually delete user in non-existent package
#1
I've recently got an error in my cron job after I made a test package and test account.
I deleted the package, but forgot deleting the account.
I got this message from my cron job in my mail:
Code:
/////////////////THT ERROR
Error: That package doesn't exist!
Package ID: 1
/////////////////

And when I tried to terminate this user I got thesame message in my browser.

Well, I'm going to tell you how to fix this, these are 2 tutorials:

  1. Terminate the account manually
  2. If you got new packages, make the first one have ID 1 instead of ID 2

Tutorial 1:
1) Go to your cPanel
2) Go to PHPMyAdmin
3) Go to Databases ( Top left corner )
4) Pick the database you installed THT in
5) Go to tht_users ( Center left )
6) Delete the user you want to delete

Tutorial 2:
1) Go to your cPanel
2) Go to PHPMyAdmin
3) Go to Databases ( Top left corner )
4) Pick the database you installed THT in
5) Go to tht_packages ( Center left )
6) Change the first package's ID value to 1, the second package's ID value to 2, ...

The end, hope this helps someone Wink
