| Wipe the database + files. And reupload making sure all files are intact. Try to not use any special characters on any of the fields in the setup. What version of PHP are you running? |

| So we've established that the server that THT is on should be correctly configured but it is returning a 500 error. It could be a SuPHP configuration error. That would show up in the Apache error log.... |

| If you're not technical about those kinds of things it's best to just not offer hosting. Perhaps talk with a host about their referral program and then tell your customers that is where they should go... |

| Then THT gives you a 500 error? This brings us back to the original discussion. It's a PHP or an Apache error. The error logs on your shared host need to be examined to find it. |

| I'm not certain what you're asking. Once you enter the remote IP and username/access hash THT will talk to the remote server just like it is a local one. |

| THT can run on a shared server but it needs a way to talk with your VPS. The server in THT should be set up with the IP pointing to your VPS. Are you using cPanel/WHM on your VPS? |

| The server listed in THT (in the Servers menu) should be pointing to the IP address of the server that has cPanel/WHM that is hosting the accounts. |

| The has to be an Apache error log. Go to the cPanel of the account it's running on. Should be there. |

| Check the error log from Apache. Or maybe the error_log file if it exists in that directory. There shouldn't be any FTP errors if the script uploaded correctly. |
