Connecting to WHM on SSL - Kevin - 05-13-2009 Currently TheHostingTool uses the non-secure WHM port 2086. My suggestion is to make it use port 2087. I've gotten this working with cURL and only required me to change a couple lines. We cannot just change it, as it does require curlSSL to be compiled with apache, and some hosts do not have that. RE: Connecting to WHM on SSL - Kevin - 05-18-2009 Hmm. Maybe make it turned off by default and have the SSL option be a thing that you use at your own risk. RE: Connecting to WHM on SSL - Kevin - 08-07-2009 Just to let you guys know this will be in THT 1.2. Disabled by default for compatibility reasons though. |
