Ok, just did

Try installing again using a fresh database and only an alpha-numeric password.
Did everything you asked but still the same, my server won't allow localhost, that's not the problem is it?

It doesn't allow localhost?

I don't think so because when I leave it LocalHost and fill in everythiing else, it says "Your SQL Details are incorrect!" and when I put the hostname the server gives me I don't get errors

Put in "127.0.0.1" or "localhost" (all lower case)

That didn't work either. Shoot, your running out of ideas huh?

Again, you're using a db password with only letters and numbers correct? This really sounds like a host issue

Yeah that's the password I'm using and I even asked the host, they said it was The Hosing Tool

PM me your database information and I'll debug it myself.

In windows shared hosting host is obviously not the localhost. The database host name could be found in the hosting control panel or ask your service provider. As I faced the issue THT does not support special characters like @,#.

Script installation in windows shared hosting is a horror.
