2 signup bugs
#1
I'm having a few problems..

On signup when i click to the TOS agreement, it wont let me go any further SOMETIMES, i click next 100 times and it still wont go.

Sometimes it decides to work, sometimes not.

On signup - step 3 when i enter a username, password and email they all have the red X on them and refuse to accept ANYTHING i put in which means i can't continue.

I'm running the latest PHP, cPanel and THT V1.2.1 I've triple checked the WHM connected and CHMODDED all the server files / tpl files.

Can anyone help me Sad?

Try doing a reinstallation. Some files may have been corrupted or not uploaded at all.

This is actually a fairly common issue, but is generally solved if you redownload and reinstall, As Nelson stated.

Its just an issue with jQuery. No biggie.

Usually just some conflicting JavaScript. A reinstall magically fixes it for some reason :\

Okay, i fixed those bugs by deleting the folder named 'javascript' in includes then re-copying the folder from the ZIP.

Now i have this error on signup:

very last step.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method free:Confusedignup() in /home3/frostby/public_html/includes/class_server.php on line 116

Line 116 reads:
if($type2->signup) {

Lines after line 116:
if($pass) {
echo $pass;

Lines before 116:
$type2 = $type->createType($type->determineType($main->getvar['package']));
if($type2->signup) {

A complete reinstallation should fix this. Try a complete reinstallation, as if you try to reupload individual files, we're probably going to be here for a while.

I'll try what you said, thanks.

Re-upload your includes folder except for your configuration file, then.

A little of topic, but try hard not to include javascript in THT, clashes will more than likely occur causing THT to not complete orders or display some content. We tried at CS.

Don't include JavaScript in THT? Yeah, I think that isn't an option right now. Wink
