WHM Errors
Are you getting WHM errors similar to the following?
PHP Code:
Fatal errorUncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php:49 Stack trace#0 /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php(49): SimpleXMLElement->__construct('') #1 /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php(71): whm->remote('/xml-api/create...') #2 /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/class_server.php(111): whm->signup('1', '0') #3 /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/ajax.php(115): server->signup() #4 /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/ajax.php(552): AJAX->create() #5 {main} thrown in /home/****/public_html/billing/includes/servers/whm.php on line 49

If yes, please follow the following steps before posting a support thread:
1. Did you check the server details? Make sure that all fields are ok, and generate a new WHM access key.
2. Did you attempt creating an account yourself and shows the error similar to the above ('String could not be parsed as XML'?)?
3. Did you attempt installing another copy of THT in the same server, configuring it and attempting again?
4. Did you attempt to use the XML Error Patch here? 1.1.2 XML Error Patch

If problems persist after checking the above, please post a support thread and we will help you as soon as possible. Thanks for using THT!

RE: WHM Errors
NOTE: This problem can be caused by a server change. If so, DON'T Panic. Just:

1: Delete the Server From THT.
2: Go into WHM and create a new acess hash
3: recreate the server with same name, localhost, and new username/access hash
4: Check that all packages are on the server
5: check that your subdomain is still there in THT.

if this doesn't work, go through Jimmie's steps.

RE: WHM Errors
Hopefully errors like these will be fully fixed by 1.2 The problem is that THT is expecting a result from WHM to be in XML. Some servers, for some reason just give a plain text output.
