Issues:

1. The packages and servers are configured, though signup requests don't go through
2. When editing a P2H package, there is a minor display error

cPanel (error log) returns nothing.
cPanel (raw access log) returns no errors.
All system health checks pass.

Maybe you are simply to not correctly assigned root of your server ! Check your host and permissions if you got a reseller package

Also keep in mind capitolization counts when it comes to WHM packages.

I just checked the case sensitivity and regenerated an access hash, but it's still not working.

Try creating a new package with very conservative settings just to rule out the "and that you have not exceeded your reseller restrictions." part.

My host's main admin is back from a weekend vacation and I am continuing to get support on their site.
