Finding the Host
Where would I find the host name? Would this be in WHM? Also, what is meant by Access Hash? Can you provide me an example...

Well the hostname is almost always "localhost". As far as the Access hash goes you can find it at the following url. https://example.com:2087/scripts/setrhash example.com being the domain of the server.
