Package Error?
I'm not sure if this is a Package Error or something...
I run off of WHM created via a VPS. My host is 2HU. I had Luke from there install the THT for me. I just moved from vB to phpBB and the mod actually worked for me. Now, The error is package. I'm not sure what is causing this. Maybe someone could help me or an admin or support team member could come and help me? Error: Quote:Error: Sorry, unable to use Package Red. Verify that the Package exists and that you have not exceeded your reseller restrictions. HELP! ~Shocked~

When trying to order a package after the Domain/Sub-domain, Forum Username, and Password input.

Make sure your backend name matches the one in WHM. And also, check to make sure you haven't exceeded any restrictions.
