Big Probleme with fresh installaion

hello
i was installed the THT tool for the first time
and i have many problemes until now.
i will generate it by numbers.

1-for new orders step 5 should not complete
error message: human test failed
--i resolve this probleme by editing class_server.php

2 user registration fully complete bu after recieving login detail
you can't login with it
message error: Incorrect username or password!
and there are true.

3. i tried o modifie user pass from admin section
whene i make save i get blank page

4- icon editor : i tried o add new icon and all complete it shown as saved but whene i refrech i get nothing new.
it apear as there is no data stored in the database

5-admine password change: it normally changed bu result after refresh still the oled password

6- password reset get blanc page from clien area

please help me what i can do now help me

Probleme solved whene i dongrad to 1.2.2 verssion.

i still installing the newest verssion on my server if you want to check tell me to PM you the login detail

Normal installation. step by step and it work for the version 1.2.2

i didn't modifie any thing it's a fresh donload and files.
i will pm you the login detaille for that verssion to check by your self
