something that should have been added since day one
seriously, to have a javascript alert for account termination is something that should have been implimented a long time ago. Its because of this i recently lost a client.

RE: something that should have been added since day one
What exactly do you mean? You want to be alerted when an account is terminated? If you mean there should be some sort of confirmation then this has already been added in 1.2.2 (3 part termination process)

Right, you have to click a checkbox and then fill in your password? How can that be mistaken? It says a VERY clear warning at the top.

RE: something that should have been added since day one
That check box is only for clients though. In 1.2.1 all a staff member has to do is click and image and the account is gone. In 1.2.2 I changed it so that they had to click "Terminate Account" and then select "Cancel" or "Terminate" and then enter a reason (or none). I also removed the ability to cancel an account from the account search results so that a staff member has to select the correct account, which should prevent accidental clicks.
I also added a "backup" database in 1.2.2 so even if you delete a client, the account can be recovered (although the client's cPanel/DirectAdmin data can only be restored from a server backup). - KuJoe ▒ LvL8 ▒ The Free Web Hosting Guide ▒ FreeWebHostingTalk PM me for theme conversions @ $15! |

Whoever took it out really didn't think of the scenario on accidental deletions.. |

RE: something that should have been added since day one
We used to have something hardcoded into the script so if anything is deleted then it asks you before, this obviously has gotten lost in the code.
