I think OSTicket is plenty good.
Yea i like kayako. It does a Lot. I spent some time playing with it. I like their live chat software... Although livezilla is quite comparable and free for livechat.
Can you give some information about Helpdesk software that can integrate with a Drupal userbase ?
doesnt the hosting tool have a help desk? just not a live support thingy
AJ Help Desk is my favorite help desk software.
i think kayako is good in my opinion.
