Oh i just realised that THT misses one of the most importent features (atleast to me), account notices. I really need this feature

What do you mean?

When i try to edit a client, i would like if i admins could add little notices for each account..

Like Individual Announcements for each client?

No, that would however be great aswell..

Like when you warn some one at a forum, you are (usually) required to enter a reason. This reason can only be read by admins.
I don't need the "warn" feature, however i need the "reason" one

I would like this feature better if you could give the client a specific reason that they have been suspended/terminated so that they know what they did wrong.

Suspend/Terminate does have a reason field. Or not? I thought that it was implemented.

It doesn't. I was too lazy to include it 1.0 and totally forgot the next versions. Don't worry it's on my TODO list on 1.2.
