THT Community (TCom)

I'll be honest with you lot now. The installer that is currently in the script was a total rush. I really wanted to get the script out and I stayed up late at night building a installer. It was rushed, it dids it job, but alot of people are getting errors. It's also not the prettiest thing to look at. That's why I'm building a new one.

Unlike the old one, this script works off all the THT functions and classes, whereas the current installer is a completely different script that is totally external. Alot of effort went into the main THT system, getting it to compile and run without SQL.

I'm currently working on a complete JS/AJAX installer just like the one you see on the order form really. One page load, thats it. And a load of nice fancy effects inbetween.

Let me know when its ready because I can't live with the current installer.

It'll be released with v1.2. Thats a long long way away yet

We can upgrade from old version right?

Yes the installer will let you upgrade from version 1.1.1.

Can you like import this installer to 1.1?

I could pretty easily but, im not confusing things more.

Then I could finally run this script.

Actually, the installer wont be able to run on v1.1 due to the main classes changes and heavy modifications to make THT run without a db connection.

When will 1.2 be released?
